South Shore Art Center Arts Festival will celebrate its 53rd annual Arts Festival on the historic Cohasset Common. The Art Center’s annual Arts Festival has become a traditional welcome to summer and will feature over 80 craft & fine artists and three art exhibitions: Juried Art Exhibition, South Shore Art Center Members' Show, and Young Artists' Show.

The First Friday of each month, the artists and galleries open their studios at 450 Harrison Ave, Boston.   Meet the artists in their element and view their latest works.   Come and enjoy the fun. The event is free and parking is available.

June 8, 2008   The 23rd Annual Art in the Park, Decordova Museum

Every year in June, DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park transforms into a maze of art and entertainment during the Annual Art in the Park Festival.   Art in the Park is a unique family event that combines performances, art activities and the area's largest outdoor art exhibition and sale featuring over 100 of New England’s finest artists and artisans.

March 28, 29 & 30, 2008   CraftBoston

CRAFTBOSTON takes place annually during the last weekend of March.   The show is the premiere New England exhibition and sale of contemporary art, craft and design. The show features 175 of the most outstanding artists of our time, showcasing one-of-a-kind and limited-edition pieces in baskets, ceramics, decorative fiber, wearable fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper and wood.

November 30 - December 2, 2007     Crafts at the Castle

Crafts at the Castle 2007 will include 150 of the top craftspeople and designers in the country for this once-a-year event. The Hynes Convention Center is located at 900 Boylston Street, in the heart of Boston’s elite shopping district and close to Newbury Street and Copley Square.   For over twenty years, Crafts at the Castle has been a leader in promoting the beauty and value of hand-made, uniquely designed clothing, jewelry, art to use and art for the home, and we are a major cultural event in the heart of Boston.

     25th Annual Festival of Crafts, Worcester MA

The Festival of Crafts is held on Thanksgiving weekend is an exciting and much-anticipated Worcester event. The Festival includes 55 of the finest artists juried from the Northeast, who will be selling their hand-crafted work including: jewelry, pottery, glass, hand-woven textiles, wood turned bowls, furniture & lamps. The Craft Show is held in the gallery and studios.   The event also serves as a fundraiser, providing support for ongoing programs, services and general operations of the Craft Center.

There are over 20 artists in the Group Space and over 40 studios open building wide.   The Midway Studios is one of Boston's largest artist live/work buildings. 
 
For 28 years, over 200 Fort Point Artists open their studios to the public annually.  The Open Studios Weekend attracts about 10,000 visitors to our neighborhood. This event offers the public a rare glimpse into the living and working spaces of artists, while providing a valuable opportunity for artists to sell their work.  Grab a map detailing Open Studios at 300 Summer Street.   Browse, Shop & Chat with Boston's most dynamic artists in person.   We have a special preview night on Friday.
